If a student is not showing up in your tracker...

*Mastery Connect and Canvas all get their information from Skyward and Clever

1-Talk with your administrative secretary/registrar and verify that the student is loaded in ALL of the courses/subjects you are responsible for.  If the student is not, ask to be added to those subjects, during the overnight sync the student will show up on your tracker.

2-If the student is loaded correctly in Skyward you can submit a support ticket to "manually sync" student to your tracker. OR contact Larisa Nageli to submit the ticket for you.
