Attend UVU MakerCon this weekend!

MakerCon is designed for educators and community makers who want to explore innovative ways to integrate hands-on, project-based learning into their curriculum while fostering creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in students.

Attendees will have access to a dynamic lineup of workshops, keynote speakers, hands-on activities, and exhibitions featuring local creators.

Friday, Sept. 25: Educator Day - The session is designed specifically for teachers (K–12 and beyond), school administrators, curriculum developers, educational technology specialists, librarians, media specialists, STEM/STEAM coordinators, and art educators.

• Registration is $49

Saturday, Sept. 26: FREE & OPEN TO THE PUBLIC - The session is free to the public and is designed for K–12 students, educators, librarians, makers, and anyone interested in attending.

UVU Graduate Credit - UVU is also offering graduate-level credit for attending and participating in MakerCon.

• 5,000-level graduate credit
• $15 for the credit
• An additional $15 application fee if you do not already have an active UVU account
• Credit will be recorded on an official UVU university transcript
• The credit can be used toward lane changes and relicensure
